2 adults, 3 juveniles arrested in alleged Folsom Outlets organized retail theft incident

FOLSOM – Five individuals, including three juveniles, were arrested following an organized retail theft at Folsom Premium Outlets last week.

The incident occurred on October 17, when Folsom police received a report of a large-scale shoplifting operation. Officers arrived at the scene just as the suspects were fleeing in a vehicle.

A pursuit ensued, leading officers into a nearby neighborhood where three suspects exited the car and attempted to flee on foot. With the assistance of a California Highway Patrol officer, all three suspects were apprehended shortly afterward.

Authorities recovered approximately $2,300 worth of stolen merchandise from the suspects.
