Attorney General Tim Griffin’s investigation of organized retail crime leads to arrest

Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin announced the arrest of Dominique Dyserajean Price, 32, of Little Rock, on a felony charge of theft of property following an investigation by the Special Investigations Division of the Attorney General’s Office.

Focus on Organized Retail Crime

Griffin reiterated his commitment to combating organized retail crime, emphasizing the importance of collaboration between agencies.

“Stopping organized criminals requires an organized response,” Griffin stated. “We’ve focused on strengthening our relationships with law enforcement, and this arrest demonstrates the effectiveness of that approach.”

Investigation Details

The investigation began in early October when Sherwood Police Department flagged suspected criminal activity to the Attorney General’s Office. The case was believed to involve a coordinated effort by an organized crime group.

On December 5, Price was apprehended by the Little Rock Police Department during a traffic stop. She was subsequently booked into the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility.
