Police search for State College theft suspects, including $475 in merch from Target

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. – Authorities are investigating two separate retail theft incidents in State College and College Township, involving stolen merchandise totaling nearly $500.

In the first incident, a suspect reportedly stole approximately $475 worth of merchandise from the Target store on W. Beaver Avenue on Nov. 2. The theft occurred at around 4:32 p.m. Police have released an image of the suspect, seeking public assistance in identifying the individual.

The second incident occurred at the Southridge Sheetz location in College Township on Nov. 10 at approximately 6:39 p.m. Police believe another suspect stole items from the store. An image of the individual has also been released to aid in the investigation.

The State College Police Department is urging anyone with information about these thefts or the suspects to contact them at 814-234-7150.

The public’s cooperation is crucial in helping authorities address retail theft, which remains a concern for local businesses and the community.
