Wilkes-Barre Twp. police are seeking two people who are part of an organized shoplifting ring that hit Target last month.
A man and a woman caught on surveillance footage stole an electric scooter and various pieces of furniture valued at $940 on Sept. 22, police said.
Police say they are suspected of being affiliated with a multi-state organized retail theft ring.
